Larkrise Camber is a charming self-catering accommodation with a hot tub and our favourite on this list. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/diner. Facilities include a utility cupboard with a washing machine and dryer, a highchair and a fully enclosed garden. There’s also bike storage, table tennis, an outdoor shower and a hot tub.
The seaside town of Rye is just 3 miles and has a great range of shops, pubs and eateries to try. You can head further afield to Bodiam Castle and Port Lyme Safari Park for a brilliant day out with the whole family.

Little Ponds is a fabulous countryside retreat with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. There is a secure garden with a tiered system, a welcome pack on arrival and free private parking for three vehicles. There is also a travel cot and highchair if you have young children.
There are two golf courses nearby Horam Park, which is three miles, or you can head to Royal Tunbridge Wells, which is 15 miles and has a range of shops, eateries and history to learn

Westwick is a delightful holiday cottage on the South Coast with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan diner. The king size master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en suite with a shower. Outside is a beach style garden with sunbeds, barbeque and hot tub.
The property has its own gate leading down to the beach. The area itself boasts a number of beaches where you can sunbathe, build sandcastles or have a leisurely stroll across the coastline. There are also plenty of watersports on offer. Whilst in the area why not visit the medieval town of Rye with its quaint shops and boutiques.

44 Belle Hill is a brilliant holiday home in East Sussex with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large accommodation has parking in the garage for one car, a private garden with a wood-fired jacuzzi, bike storage, a smart TV in the lounge and the property is decorated at Christmas.
There’s plenty to see and do locally, you can head into High Weald which is an area of AONB and has an abundance of wildlife, cycling trails and walking routes to try. Or perhaps you love your history and want to venture to Hastings Castle for a memorable day out.

Rooksbridge Barn, is a stunning detached home close to the South Downs National Park in West Sussex. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living space. Facilities include a large lawned garden, private hot tub, BBQ facilities and Sky TV in the lounge.
From here, you can visit the cosmopolitan cities of Southampton and Portsmouth with their range of pubs, shops, restaurants and bars. Beacon Hill National Nature Reserve is also another brilliant day out with the children, as is Itchen Valley Country Park in West Sussex.

Forge House is close to Ashdown Forest and provides a majestic break for all the family and any large group wanting to relax. Pupe House is one of our favourite properties and hot tub cottages in Sussex and is set in 10 acres of the owner’s land. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and is the perfect romantic getaway. The master bedroom also benefits from a separate dressing room. Outside is a private enclosed garden with your very own hot tub and there’s private parking for one vehicle.
Sussex dog friendly holidays and romantic breaks dont come much better and this is a great location for walkers with woodland, villages and the 14-mile Cuckoo line railway track ideal for local exploration. The historic town of Hastings is a great place for exploration with its castle ruins, Battle Abbey and 1066 Battle of Hastings Experience.
