There is plenty of space in the kitchen-diner, and a separate utility room boasts a freezer, washing machine and extra WC. The upstairs bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath.
A pretty garden at the back gives you an outdoor seating area.

Things To Do in Tetford, Nr Horncastle
etford is an old Hamlet in the Lincolnshire Wolds. It’s 11 miles from Louth, 6 miles to Horncastle and 26 miles from the city of Lincoln so it’s ideally located for exploring this area.
Opposite the church is the White Hart Inn, a traditional country pub that serves real ale and hearty food. It’s a dog friendly place so is perfect for families who take their pooch on holiday with them. A short drive will take you to the Roman town of Horncastle where the remains of a Roman wall can be seen.
It’s well-known for its antique shops and the market that takes place every Thursday and Saturday. The market town of Louth has an art trail that uses public art to guide visitors through the town centre and along the canal. There is a museum here and a church with an impressive steeple that can be seen for miles.
Lincoln city can be reached from Tetford in around 40 minutes. There is a lot to see here including the cathedral which is the most-visited building of its kind in England. Lincoln Castle was built in the 11th century by William The Conqueror. The tower is worth the climb to see the views, and the prison is a favourite with visitors.
There is also an original Magna Carta here, one of 4 still in existence, and it is part of an exhibition that explains the meaning and history of this incredible document. A visit to this area wouldn’t be complete without a stroll on part of the Lincolnshire Wolds Way. This 76-mile circular walking trail takes in open countryside and ancient woodlands. There’s even a festival dedicated to the route that takes place at the beginning of summer.
The Lincolnshire Wolds is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is perfect for long walks with the family and dog. With pubs that welcome both pooches and children in many villages, there are numerous places to stop and get refreshments.
The cathedral city of Lincoln is within easy reach where there is a castle, art galleries and choice of shops to visit. And the beach is just 17 miles away, with a dog-friendly area of sand not far from Chapel St Leonards.
