This character cottage is next to the owner’s home and has 1 bedroom and a shower room.
The lounge boasts exposed beams, a TV, DVD player and a dining table with chairs. In the kitchen, an electric oven, microwave and a fridge can be found with a washing machine located in the utility room.
Up on the first floor there’s a king-size bedroom with the modern shower room next door. Outside there’s a courtyard area with a set of garden furniture.

Things To Do in Rumburgh, Nr Spexhall
Rumburgh is a peaceful village not far from the small town of Halesworth. The traditional village pub serves food and real ale and has a large garden that doggies will enjoy.
For a selection of shops and a wonderful art centre in an old malting building, Halesworth can be reached in 6 minutes by car.
Venture a little further and you can visit Oasis Camel Park where there are alpacas and meerkats to watch for a while. It’s a family-run attraction that comes with rave reviews.
The old-fashioned seaside town of Southwold is within easy reach for a day at the beach. A pier and a lighthouse are at the heart of things, and there’s a selection of small independent shops.
The sands are backed by colourful beach huts and it’s the ideal place to grab a bag of chips. Along the coast from Southwold is a nature reserve called Benacre where you can walk for miles with your pooch.
The wildlife here is exceptional, and there are many species that cannot be seen anywhere else. Pack your binoculars and a picnic lunch and enjoy the great outdoors.
Thorpeness and Aldeburgh on the Suffolk coast are lovely places to visit. Walk along the pebbled beach for miles and stop in one of the trendy eateries that can be found in the area.
