The cottage has a generous-sized double bedroom, a bathroom with walk in bath for those with mobility issues and a large garden with conservatory, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or breakfast on a morning.
The cottage’s owners live next door and offer a friendly welcome. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and traditionally decorated living room to relax in on an evening.

Things To Do in Fairford, Cirencester
The town of Fairford was an important coaching town on the route to London from Gloucester. It is located on the River Coln which is perfect for walks with your dog against a pleasant outdoor backdrop and is a popular place to visit for walkers.
In July the town plays host to its excellent Royal International Air Tattoo, the biggest military air show in the world. The Fairford festival is held in June and includes baking contests, running and live music.
The pretty Roman town of Cirencester is a short drive from the holiday home. The second largest town in Britain during the Roman era, visit the Corinium Museum for Roman artefacts and a chance to learn more about the history of the Cotswolds from Roman times to the English Civil War.
There are fascinating full-scale reproductions of life during the Roman era in this popular museum. Cirencester was mentioned as market town in the Doomsday Book and the market’s role in the town remains unchanged today. An outdoor market is held on Mondays and Fridays and antiques and cattle markets are also held once a week.
A popular place for walkers accompanied by their pooch is the 3,000 acre site of Cirencester Park. Dogs are welcome to accompany their owners on the trails around the park, which is set in grounds amidst buildings with military history.
Local events take place in the park which is open daily. The park draws tourists and locals alike, for walks alone or with their canine friends, to enjoy the peaceful surroundings created by the baroque geometry used for the design and landscaping of the park by Alexander Pope during the development of the park.

Explore the pretty villages of the Cotswolds, from Bibury, once described by William Morris as the most beautiful village in the Cotswolds to Burford on the River Windrush whose buildings show how the town has developed through time.
Walk across the three arched medieval bridge and shop at the town’s shops housed in pretty Tudor buildings. Relax at the end of the day on the comfy sofa with a good book and your pooch by your side.
