A lovely country cottage with a big living room centred round a wood burner. Big back garden with paved patio are and garden furniture, set in 10 acres of land with fishing lakes.
This cottage has a lovely cosy feel about, with two double bedrooms which are both ensuite. The kitchen and dining room are combined, and look out onto the fabulous garden.
There is a high chair, so kids are well looked after, as are one or two four legged friends should you choose to bring them. There’s no extra charge for your pooches, either.

Things To Do in Pilling
Sitting in 10 acres of its own grounds, shared with the neighbouring cottage. There are fishing lakes within the grounds, and these are free of charge for guests. Nearby is the village of Pilling, which is the perfect base for a day out in the countryside.
There are lots of waterways in this part of north Lancashire, which your canine companions will love exploring. Take a short trip up Backsands Lane to the Pilling Amenity Area, a lovely park and garden on the edge of the flatlands where the tide comes in very quickly. This area is famous for its wildfowl, so nature lovers will have lots to look out for. There are also fabulous views of the Irish Sea.
Morecambe Bay lies to the north, as does the seaside town of Morecambe itself. There’s a tailor made dog friendly beach here, plus lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants to keep everyone’s spirits up. There are also amusements and other attractions you’d expect from a British seaside town.
Inland from Morecambe is the historic City of Lancaster, which has many historic sites to visit, not least Lancaster Castle, which overlooks the city. There are parks and recreation grounds all across the city, so you can still get plenty of fresh air and exercise while visiting.
For a spot of retail therapy, there’s St Nicholas Arcades, which has all the top names in shopping, plus some lovely wine bars and restaurants. Just across the M6 is the Forest of Bowland AONB, which is well worth the short drive from Pilling.

There is some lovely countryside to enjoy, and seaside walks with fabulous views to take in. The area also has plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops to visit when feet get tired. All in all, a superb, relaxing break.
