This semi-detached cottage comes with 2 bedrooms – a double and a twin – sleeping 4 people. There’s an en-suite shower room and a separate family bathroom.
The living room has an open fire, TV with basic Sky package and a DVD player. In the kitchen-diner, a cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher have been fitted.
An outhouse has been equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and there’s a large garden with patio furniture at the back. One doggy is welcome to stay.

Things To Do in Kettins, Nr Blairgowrie
Kettins is a rural village 6 miles from Blairgowrie and 11 miles north of Dundee. It’s a sleepy place where the church is at the centre of things. Ideal for a peaceful break away.
Blairgowrie has been nicknamed the gateway to Glenshee, an area for skiing and snowboarding that has its own chair lift. It is also home to the highest road in the UK – the A93 often featured in driving programmes on TV. The start of the Cateran Trail can be found in the area.
This 60-mile walking route is circular and cuts across heather moors and craggy landscapes. At Cargill’s Leap the River Ericht can be seen bubbling down waterfalls and rocky ledges. It’s a popular beauty spot and much photographed. There’s a golf course nearby and plenty of places to enjoy an afternoon of fishing.
Glamis Castle is proud of its 1000 years of history and you can discover it all if you take a tour. There are magnificent gardens to walk around too, plus a recommended restaurant and gift shop. Events are held here all year around, such as Halloween fright nights and summer festivals.
A visit to Perth is on the cards if you holiday in this part of Scotland. There’s a Black Watch Regiment museum and the Perth museum in the town. When it comes to shopping then Perth has it all. From chain stores to boutique tweed shops there is plenty of retail therapy to be had here.
There’s a huge choice of eateries too so you are spoilt for choice come dinner time. For a look around a magnificient ship, head over to Dundee and visit RRS Discovery. While you’re here take a peek in the Jute Museum and take in the art at the Dundee Gallery.
The Old School House Cottage is charming inside and out. The stylish décor is modern and fresh and the gardens are huge and spacious. A family of four or a small group of friends will be more than comfy here, and in the evenings you can all snuggle up in front of the traditional open fire.
Take your four-legged friend along too, there are lots of pathways nearby where you can all enjoy long walks together. Head up to Glenshee for the fabulous views and the snow sports that take place in the winter time.
With the lively market town of Blairgowrie just 5 miles away, and Dundee a 30-minute drive, there is plenty to keep everyone happy in the area.
