The open-plan living space has a sitting area fitted with a TV, DVD player and sofa-bed. The kitchen area has a small a dining table and chairs, plus an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Outside the enclosed lawn has a barbecue and patio furniture. An unfenced pond is close to the cottage. Wi-fi is provided.

Things To Do in Sharpthorne, Nr Haywards
Sharpthorne is a hamlet in Sussex not far from the bustling town of East Grinstead. Just up the road is West Hoathly that boasts 2 destination pubs that serve great Sunday roasts.
Sheffield Park and Garden in Sussex has stunning grounds that change with each season. There’s something beautiful to see at every time of the year, and you can take your dog along if you enter after 2pm. They organise lots of different events here like star gazing night, archaeology walks and photographic workshops.
Railway enthusiasts will enjoy seeing the heritage line steam locomotives and stations of the Bluebell Line. Running between East Grinstead and Sheffield Park, it’s a 22-mile round trip and doggies can ride as a passenger too. There are lots of special events throughout the year on the trains and at the preserved platforms.
The Sussex Border Path offers 138 miles of walking paths that links Sussex, Hampshire and Kent if you want to get out in the countryside. The town of Battle has a wealth of things to see such as the incredible Abbey and the Battlefield itself. It’s the place to learn all about the tumultuous history of this area. A museum helps to bring the history to life, and there’s a pretty wood here to wander though as well.
The Sussex coast boasts the seaside towns of Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings, each one offering something entirely different. The biggest is Brighton with a huge range of shops from high street chains to antique and vintage stores.
The promenade along the back of the pebble beach hosts all kinds of events such as marathons, bike races and exhibitions. Eastbourne is an elegant place with a pier and 3-mile prom that has Victorian bandstands.
