This property is a semi-detached stone house with a pretty, enclosed garden. With 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs, and a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, it’s a real home away from home.
With Dartmoor and the Tamar Valley only miles away, this cottage is ideally located for long walks in the country. One well-behaved pooch is welcome to stay with you at this holiday home, so you can all enjoy a great holiday in Devon together. And the garden out the back is perfect for a quick game of catch.

Things To Do in Tavistock
Located in the heart of Devon, Chillaton is between Dartmoor, the Tamar Valley, the north coast and the south coast, so you can take you pick of places to visit.
Tavistock is a pretty town with an ancient abbey in the centre. When it comes to shopping, it’s a real paradise here with a great covered market and a selection of independent stores.
Coffee shops and local pubs provide plenty of places to eat and drink. For somewhere a little lively, Plymouth on the south coast is only 20 miles away. Here there’s a large shopping mall, bowling, art galleries, a marina, a lighthouse and restaurants of every kind.
Dartmoor is the place to head for a wild landscape, rare birds and hiking trails of varying lengths. Your doggy best friend will love it here. Venture over to the Tamar Valley for strolls along the river’s edge. You can also cycle, geocache and canoe in this area, plus there’s an activity centre called Tree Surfers where the whole family can zip line and experience the high climbing ropes.
